(Seller) from any and all liabilities directly or indirectly resulting from the products purchased in this invoice, including and not limited to any and all liability directly or indirectly resulting any injury to a person or damage to property. Buyer (Customer) does hereby discharge Seller from indemnification against any claim, demand, loss, expense, or liability, including attorneys fees, in any way related to such injury or damage directly or indirectly. Buyer (Customer) hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Seller, its directors, officers, employees and other agents and representatives from and against any and all liabilities, judgments, claims, settlements, losses, damages, penalties, obligations and expenses, including attorney's fees and expenses and other professional fees and expenses, incurred or suffered by such person arising from, by reason of, or in connection with any loss, damage or injury to person or property arising from, by reason of or in connection with the products purchased in this invoice hereunder. * Buyer (Customer) hereby agrees, promises and acknowledges not to use, directly or indirectly, any product purchased in this invoice as a therapeutic and / or natural product or food defined in Food and Drugs Act * Buyer (Customer) hereby agrees and acknowledges to use all products purchased in this invoice only in USA jurisdiction and for USA citizens . * Buyer (Customer) hereby agrees, promises and acknowledges that all products purchased in this invoice are final sales with no exchange or return / refund options.* Buyer (Customer) agreed and promise 1) not to interfere seller business relationship with original manufacturer (s) of the products purchased 2) not to approach or purchase any product from original manufacturer (s) directly or indirectly within 12 months from the date of this invoice.

• Orders will generally ship the business day following order placement. Shipping is contingent on stock availability and payment authorization.

• Shipping cost is free of charge for any order over $500.00. Otherwise, Shipping costs vary from $19.99 to $29.99 depending on where you are located in USA or Canada
• Shipping rates, sales tax, and other fees will be calculated at checkout, if applicable.
• No delivery to PO Boxes.
• Orders are shipped on business days only and are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
